We have since put together many
other original recipes and added other favorite Texas foods to our
food line. No meal is complete without the famous Texas Wild salsas.
As an appetizer ,or an ingredient to spice up a favorite family
recipe, we have flavors that will satisfy the most discriminating
taste buds. We started with the Roasted Garlic Salsa, quality garlic
grown and harvested on the ranch in the Texas Hill Country. For the
consumer that wants more heat - our Salsa Roja and Salsa Verde are
made with only the finest of jalapeno peppers, no tomatoes are added.
And no line of salsa would be complete without the distinctive taste
of the habanero pepper. We also have milder salsas, our Picante and
Salsa Ole. The Salsa Ole is our newest flavor sensation/ a blend of
black beans and corn that simply has to be tasted. Many a customer
has said that they have made a meal out of this salsa and it is fast
becoming a favorite with our 'winter Texans' due to the mild flavor.
